Neem deel aan de International Motor Impairment Conference 2025, georganiseerd door de afdeling Bewegingswetenschappen en het Amsterdam Movement Sciences Research Institute. Tijdens deze conferentie worden de complexe aspecten van motorische beperkingen belicht in diverse sessies, waaronder Balance & Gait Impairments, Muscle & Tendon, Brain Impairments en meer.
Leer van toonaangevende experts en keynote sprekers van over de hele wereld, zoals Simon Gandevia, Peter Feys, Marla Beaucamp, Simone Porcelli en anderen. Lees hier meer over onze aangekondigde sprekers en het programma.
Deze conferentie biedt een belangrijk platform voor de discussie over motorische beperkingen, een veelvoorkomende oorzaak van fysieke beperkingen als gevolg van aandoeningen zoals een beroerte, multiple sclerose, cerebrale parese, ruggenmergletsels en gezond ouder worden. Het doel is om het inzicht in de pathofysiologie van motorische beperkingen te vergroten, interventies te ontwikkelen en klinische praktijken te verbeteren.
De conferentie vindt plaats in Hotel Casa, Amsterdam, van 8 tot en met 10 oktober 2025. Abstract-indieningen en early bird-registraties zijn nu geopend.

This conference will serve as vital forum for discussing motor impairment, a common cause of physical disability which may result from conditions like stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal injury, and healthy aging. With the goal to advance our understanding of motor impairment’s pathophysiology, develop interventions, and improve clinical practices.
This conference will take place at Hotel Casa in Amsterdam on the 8 till 10th of October 2025. Abstract submissions and early bird registrations are now open.
